  • Are there fees associated with renting?
    The price for renting the LAND is all you have to pay! There may be a small gas fee but this is minimal.
  • I want to rent a LAND but I don't have any scenes (buildings) available/know how to build what I need?
    We can help with that. We have a range of buildings in our inventory which can be bought for use on your LAND. Once you have bought a scene, this is yours forever and can be used on any future LAND you rent or maybe even buy! The best thing to do is contact us. Book a Meeting and we can provide you with our inventory of scenes for sale.
  • I can't see anything that suits my needs in your inventory. Can DPG help?
    Yes of course! We often have some LAND which is not advertised in our portfolio (marketplace). Please book a meeting. Tell us what you are looking for and we will help you find a LAND to suit your needs.
  • What is the payment process?
    DPG uses a foolproof payment process. We acts as a third party, mitigating risk for both the tenant and land owner. The tenant pays to the DPG wallet at the START of the month. The reason you must pay at the start of the month as a tenant is because there is nothing stopping you from leaving and not paying at the end.
  • I want to rent a LAND to advertise my nft project but I have no idea about Decentraland. Can DPG help?
    DPG is always willing to help. Our agents have unmatched knowledge and experience in Decentraland. Book a meeting and ask them anything! If you would like help choosing a LAND, tell one of the agents your situation, they will find you the best option at the best price point. If you are advertising an nft project, we can provide gallery scenes (buildings) for you to buy and use on your LAND. Once purchased, these will be yours forever!
  • What are the fees associated with renting out my land?
    DPG is proud to offer the best fees of any virtual real estate firm to date. The fees are 30% of the rental income each month. As the landlord, you are completely hands off. DPG finds and deals with the tenants independently, your job is to sit and watch the passive income entering your wallet each month. We also provide a service to people who already have a tenant for their land. In this case, the fees are 20% of the rental income each month. DPG will deal with the tenant and eliminate any risk of scams. The money will enter your wallet each month and that is all you have to worry about.
  • Do I have to transfer ownership of my LAND in order to rent?
    No. Definitely not. Decentraland has a function for land owners called 'assign an operator'. This allows another person to use the LAND and build on It etc. The LAND remains in your wallet. We can provide a tutorial on how to do this.
  • I currently have a tenant for my land, but I don't trust them. Can DPG help?
    Yes. DPG also offers a service where we manage your tenant for a fee of 20% of the rental income each month. This is a small price to pay in order to ensure there are no scams. Self-managed rentals are unsafe because there is no third party in between the tenant and landlord mediating the risk. We save you time wasted having to deal with tenants.   • What are the benefits of renting my land through DPG?
    DPG finds you a tenant through our large database of people looking to rent. We also have an expensive marketing and advertising regime in place targeting your LAND to the right people. You get this for free until a tenant is found for your LAND. DPG eliminates any risk of scammers. Usually the land owner is anxious about whether the tenant will pay at the end of the month. There is nothing stopping them from running away without paying. DPG acts as a third party mitigating risk for both the tenant and land owner. The tenant pays DPG at the START of the month. DPG then pays the land owner at the END, provided they have kept them as operator for the whole month. Passive income. Without DPG, the cashflow from a self-managed tenant is not passive. We take out all of the work for a small fee, this makes LAND through DPG a very strong investment.
